9. Complaints and DisputesYou must raise all complaints and disputes with our staff in writing (electronically) within 7 days of the incident giving rise to such complaint/dispute. We will endeavor to resolve all legitimate claims promptly, but you agree that we are under no obligation to do so.

10. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration before a single arbitrator, which will apply the rules of the Arbitration Act of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after such modification constitutes acceptance thereof.

12. Waiver and Acknowledgement

    By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, as well as these Terms and Conditions. You waive your right to claim that this Agreement is unconscionable or contains any implied term inconsistent with its express provisions.

Acknowledgment of Risk

You understand that gaming carries inherent risks and uncertainties, including but not limited to: loss of capital; addiction; and psychological trauma. By using our services, you acknowledge that:

* Gaming can be addictive and pose a risk to your mental health* We provide no warranties or guarantees regarding the outcome or profit from any game* You are responsible for managing your own finances, including setting limits on your spending

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to these terms. Our liability is limited to providing a refund of the amount lost by you.

By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all terms contained herein.
